Frequently Asked Questions

Course FAQ

How do we start?

We create fun activities to support your child's learning. You can use your favorite workbooks or curriculums along with ours. If you want to add enjoyable activities between workbook lessons, we can help. For example, if your child is learning about nouns in their workbook, you can include our games or activities to make learning more fun together.

I am new to teaching. What is anchor charts?

You are not alone! We have exercises categorized as Anchor charts, Worksheets, Activities, and Games. If you are unfamiliar with these terms, please check out the “Categories” page first. Understanding these ideas is essential so you can use each exercise effectively.

Are these lessons in order?

You can use this as a guide. It's best to start with the first lesson and then move on to the next one. However, feel free to adjust the order based on your kids' workbook or curriculum needs.

Do we need a printer?

Yes. A printer, printer inks, and printing paper. For the best experience with our printouts and activities, we suggest using a cost-effective printer. Choosing a model with less frequent ink replacement can significantly reduce your printing costs. One example is the Epson Ecotank Series.

Is it hustle to gather items for the activities?

We don't want to feel overwhelmed by shopping and gathering items for the activities. We aim to create activities that use everyday household items. Depending on the activity, if needed, we will recommend alternative items too. Some printouts will be used more than once to avoid repetitive printings and cuttings. Also, if you prefer to prepare all items for all activities in advance, we have a list of all items for each course. (Activity Prep List Page)

Should we complete all the lessons?

Not necessary. It depends on your child's pace. For example, if your child already mastered writing all the letters and wants to skip them, that's absolutely fine. Also, if you address your child is struggling with writing letters, you can personalize their learning by repeating and taking your time with it.
