Activity Prep

  • 2 paper cups (Alternatives: Plastic cups you cannot see through)

  • 1 die 🎲 (Alternatives: Any small item that fits in the cup)

How to Play

Number of Players:

  • 2 players (If the student is alone, the teacher can join.)

Setup:

  1. Decide who’s the first “hider.” The other player is the “Guesser.”

  2. Set both of the cups upside down on the table.

Playing:

  1. The guesser covers their eyes and does not peek while the hider hides a die under one of the cups, then says “Ready!”.

  2. The guesser opens their eyes, then guesses which cup has ZERO die in it. If the guess is right, the guesser gets a point. If not, the hider gets one.

  3. Switch roles after each turn and keep playing.
