Students will practice subtraction by removing LEGO bricks that match the crossed-out pieces in the example images.


Activity Prep

  • Writing tools (pencils, colored pencils, markers, etc.)

  • LEGO bricks (Any colors)

How to Use

  1. Download and print the PDF.

  2. Build the LEGO stack by matching the example image, including the bricks that have crossed-out marks.

  3. Remove the number of bricks with crossed-out marks.

  4. Fill in the numbers to solve the subtraction problem.
