How We Played

  1. Create number tags by writing the numbers from 1 to 10 on a piece of paper and then cutting them out.

  2. Place them on the Lego baseplate. (*You can play this activity without the baseplate.)

  3. Encourage the kids to place LEGO brick pieces next to each number.

  4. Make sure to count out loud as they place the LEGO bricks.

My son has started to enjoy playing with Lego. We had such a great time with this number counting game together. I believe that learning to count has really helped him when he builds the Lego sets using the instruction manuals.
