This exercise helps students describe objects, enabling others to identify them based on those descriptions.


Activity Prep

  • Download & print the PDF below (If you'd like to show it on the screen, that sounds great, too.) 

  • Any stickers (For the rewards. Alternatively, you can use candies, buttons, etc)


How to Play

Number of Players:  2 - 4 players (If the student is alone, the teacher can join!)

Setup:

  1. Download and print the PDF. (or display it on the screen 💻).

  2. Gather around. (or the screen 💻).

Playing: 

  1. Decide who will go first, and take turns.

  2. The first player names and describes an object. Examples include: “A pretty ring” or “A bear riding a bicycle.”

  3. The other players will search for the object. Ask for more details if needed.

  4. When a player finds the object, both the player who found it and the player who describes it receive a sticker as a reward.

  5. Keep playing by taking turns!
