In This Lesson
We will introduce verbs that end in -ed as part of the suffixes. Adding -ed shows that the action happened in the past.

Please read each sentence one at a time and invite the students to repeat after you.
Take a moment to review the anchor chart with the students, highlighting how the verb changes when you add -ed.
Please encourage students to share other words that end with -ed.
For those students seeking additional challenges, encourage them to trace all the letters and complete the sentences.
